Colombia’s sweetest mango, which nobody else processes, as frozen fruit pulp in sticks portioned to your recipe. Also pre-fried plantain (plátano) and fresh fruit. Exported to Europe, the United States and the Gulf.
GMC focuses on what it masters: the sugar mango, fruit pulp for juices and plantain — processed and frozen in Colombia, right next to the orchards.
Sugar mango trees in Magdalena, a few minutes from the packing station. Mangoes picked at their peak.
Baby mango (mango de azúcar): a small, very sweet Colombian variety with almost no fibre. We turn it into pasteurised pulp — a rare speciality hardly anyone offers.
The fruits Europe can’t find fresh, in single portions: one stick, one juice or one smoothie.
Ripe plantain, peeled, cut and pre-fried, then frozen to the core. Ready for the fryer or the oven.
For juice bars, smoothie chains and cafés: freezer to blender in 30 seconds, the exact weight of your recipe.
For retail: enjoy the stick frozen, or drop it straight into a smoothie at home.
Nothing to peel, nothing to throw away. Kept frozen for months.
The same smoothie in every outlet, all year round.
One stick, one liquid, the blender. No knife, no scale.
100% fruit and baby mango: a menu line your competitors can’t copy.
Alongside our frozen lines, we export fresh baby mango (mango de azúcar) in full pallets by air freight.
Every fruit is hand-sorted, protected in its foam net and packed in ventilated cartons. Pallets are strapped and corner-protected to arrive intact.
Both lines are also made under the customer’s brand. For the pulp, you choose your fruits and your two- or three-fruit blends.
A product your competitors don’t have, made for you.
VITA SMOOTH for fruit pulp, PLATALOKO for plantain (see the plantain section). The same products are also available under your brand.
